Prove your humanity

When thinking about adding reverb to your track, we recommend you think about how you want your instrument or sound to feel with reverb. Once your ready to add a reverb track, build yourself a aux track with your reverb effect plugin of your choice. Make sure your dry amount is on o% and your wet is maxed out at 100%. Next drop in an EQ and cut out with a low shelf anything below 500hz.

Since we created a reverb effect on an Auxiliary track, we can now send individual sounds to share the same reverb by using the send knobs. As a rule of thumb, mix engineers would say that a good reverb should be noticed once you take it away.

In the following tutorial we’ll show you how to add reverb to your mixes the right way using our Avicii arp lead synth tutorial session. Click here to learn how to create an Avicii arp lead synth.
