Logic’s Klopfgeist plug-in
Klopfgeist is a synthesizer plugin optimised for click track/metronome duties. The beauty of this plugin is that it can be used to adjust the tonality, pitch and envelope of the click sound. Why would one want to change their click sound? Here are a couple of reasons why:
- There are plenty of artists who find the default click to be distracting or uninspiring – Sometimes a softer sound will help artist stay in time without being too distracting.
- You may want to adjust the tonality of the click sound to help it stand out with other instruments occupying the same range.
- A different click sound may help inspire new ideas.
